Welcome to the StampsXpress.co.uk website terms and conditions for use. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on the online shop 'stampsxpress.co.uk.’ We do not accept other terms and conditions by the ordering party.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail.

Orders placed online/offline with StampsXpress.co.uk

All orders placed are binding and will be produced and posted in the UK. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and service by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail or telephone. 

Prices

The prices shown on 'stampsxpress.co.uk' are net prices; VAT will be added to these prices where applicable. Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online in each case. In case of any production or stock ordering problems the purchaser will be contacted immediately via the details given during the ordering process.

Important Note: The ordering party is responsible for entering all the correct full postal address information including postcode and e-mail address during the ordering process.

In order to avoid any tasteless and unseemly transactions we reserve the right not to process orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and any money paid will be refunded.

Payments

Payments can be made online by card (see "stampxpress.co.uk" website for the cards we accept), cheques or BACS. Card payments are made by using our high security payment system through Protx.com. For details see their web page at www.protx.com. You do not own the goods until we receive full payment. Please note that all payments made will be billed by A & Y Locksmith, trading as StampsXpress.co.uk.

For any telephone orders the ordering party will receive confirmation via e-mails.

Out of Stock

Goods advertised on the website may not be available but we will always inform the ordering party as soon as possible if an item is not in stock and arrange a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

In case of wrong delivery or damaged goods we grant a right of return within two weeks of delivery. All products with a clear error will be replaced at no extra cost for the customer. All returns are inspected by a member of staff and a decision whether to replace or refund will be made as appropriate. Goods without any error / damage will not be taken back unless we agree to do so. In that case a minimum charge of 25% of the total order value will be charged to the ordering party. Compensation for any sort of damage is limited to 50% of total purchase value.

No Guarantee

Despite the maximum care taken during the preparation of this web site, StampsXpress.co.uk cannot guarantee the correctness and exactitude of the information which it contains. StampsXpress excludes any responsibility for damage, which might result directly or indirectly from the use of this web site.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.

Trade marks and names are of their respective holders.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time in place.
